Local Pick Up 

All local pick up orders are available during our store hours, despite the available time given online.  Please see our store hours above.  

Shipping

All orders are free shipping with the exception of our wax refill service and in store candle bar. Orders are shipped Wednesday - Friday (2 p.m.). Any orders purchased past Friday (2 p.m.) may be shipped out the following Wednesday (even with purchasing advanced shipping methods).  

Returns
If you're not happy, we are not happy. That is why we have a hassle free return policy.   We gladly accept returns of unworn merchandise within 30 days from the date of order delivery (as recorded by the shipping provider).   A refund of the item purchase price, made in the original form of payment, will be made once the product has arrived back to Poplar & Ash, undamaged and unworn.
